BDC is a one-stop shop for anyone interested in opening, relocating or expanding a business in Baltimore City.  We provide technical assistance, permit expedition, City service follow-up, business planning, and financial assistance.  

BDC offers a variety of loan programs for businesses of all sizes as well as a facade improvement grants for commercial corridors.  Our initiatives include the Baltimore Main Streets, Emerging Technology Center (ETC), and the Small Business Resource Center (SBRC), which all provide assistance to small businesses.
