Towson University Incubator

TU Incubator is Towson University’s business incubator for seed and early stage companies. Primary goals are to support regional entrepreneurs and induce mission-driven innovation in industries such as education (edtech) and healthcare.

About

Founded in 2007, TU Incubator has supported over 80 companies who have created over 1,000 jobs and produced greater than $150 million in economic impact. Today, TU Incubator is focused on technology enabled services, particularly those that focus on university core competencies, such as education and healthcare.

TU Incubator encourages engagement and collaboration between organizations to augment the resources needed to establish a strong business foundation. We work closely with our network of community partners, service providers, and experienced professionals to add value to our members and help them succeed.

Nestled in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic region, Baltimore County is Maryland’s second-largest job center and a prime location to start a business. Support from the Baltimore County Department of Economic and Workforce Development provides value to TU Incubator and its member companies.
