(SDBX) on June 30, 2022 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.
This day-long conference and networking event is designed to provide growth opportunities for
small and diverse businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are anticipating 300-500 small and

General Event Information:
• The Small and Diverse Business Expo (SDBX) will take place on Thursday, June 30,
2022 from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (801
Mt. Vernon Place NW, Washington, DC).
• Sessions include How to Work With Clark, Getting Your Business Ready for Federal
Jobs, Transportation and Infrastructure Opportunities, Regional Local Certifications,
Matchmaking with Prime Subcontractors, a panel of Small and Diverse Business
leaders, and more!
• This free event is for small, local, and diverse business owners and leaders in the
architecture, construction, and engineering industry.
• WMATA, MDOT, VDOT, DSLBD, SBA, and more will be there to answer questions
about required certifications and share upcoming opportunities.
