Join the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs and learn more about the state of Maryland’s 3 Socioeconomic Procurement/Certification Programs.
We have oversight of the state’s Small Business Reserve (SBR), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) procurement programs, we establish best practices for their successful implementation, and monitor compliance across the 70 participating agencies. In addition, learn more about the processes, procedures, and how to mine public data to identify valuable information to succeed in the state contracting arena.
