This requires the hard work of more than 260,000 employees in jobs that range from aviation and border security to emergency response, from cybersecurity analyst to chemical facility inspector. DHS’ duties are wide-ranging, and the goal is clear – keep America safe. The DHS Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is an advocacy and advisory office, that promotes the use of small businesses in the DHS acquisition process
